Post The new Album
I guess everyone knows by now that there will be a new album this fall from Sons Of Seasons. The guys are in the studio recording the songs at the moment, so news are starting to come in!

And I think that calls for a topic!

If you find any news or photos or whatever - please post them!

There's a new blog on the official MySpace site:

http://blogs.myspace.com/index.cfm?fuse ... =537091606

And Daniel has posted some photos from the drum recordings on his own MySpace site:

http://viewmorepics.myspace.com/index.c ... Id=2867341

So - ARE YOU EXCITED YET?!?

I wonder how long it will take them to get a US tour?

Somehow I've deluded myself that the "special guests" mentioned by Kamelot will be SoS and I'll see them pop up from nowhere at ProgPower...

They need to sell more records to be able to make a US tour, or even a tour in Sweden. What can we do to promote them even more than we already do? any ideas/suggestions? Any really cool and progressive stuff we can do to get the word out? Sometimes it feels like I'm not doing enough, even though I really try to do my best to get the word out. But then, I don't know if the stuff I do really pays out. I can only hope.

Get more and more people into SoS :D Make them buy the CD, make them to order the CD from local CD stores, so more people get aware and interested.
What I do here, is that I always send to the 2 most selling metal magazines news about SoS. If there are some powerfull metal magazines in Sweden (LOL I guess there are  ) make interview with SoS and make the magazine to release it. Write CD, concert reviews about SoS... dunno :D just brainstorming

Sure their are metal mags in Sweden. Several too. :lol3: I've actually been thinking about an interview but haven't gotten 'round to ask Oliver about it yet though.

Brainstorming is good. Thanks alot! It just doesn't feel like I'm doing enough. plus I feel a bit lonely up here in the north. i'm glad to have you guys around here.

Post Re: The new Album
What you girls & guys are doing is already really great. More is always good, but be aware that the whole band is very grateful. Not only for a band are the first years tough, also for the fan base, because you might feel kind of lonely sometimes out there ;) . That is also why so many bands cease to exist at that point. It is also clear that nobody can give 100% all the time. Like in your case, our work for the band doesn't provide us with any income. Just the opposite, it costs a lot. That's why there are periods where sometimes we step ahead fast, and at other periods it happens at a slower tempo. Nevertheless, I believe in constant work and support.
