Daniel's musical career started at the age of 10 by learning and playing accordion. Just about two years later he began to study drums at the local music school. Up to his school graduate at the age of 19 he gained experience by playing with more than 20 bands and ensembles in very different styles. With the FFA-MARCHINGBAND he was winner of the German Marching Championship in 2000 and toured across Europe . After his social service he studied drums and percussion at the DRUMMERS INSTITUTE in Düsseldorf and at the University Of Music And Performing Arts in Mannheim. 2002 he earned the third price at the ‘Best Young European Musician Competition' in Koblenz. Right now he is one of the most requested young drummers in Germany and is/was working with many bands and musicians across Europe and is playing drum clinics/workshops for GRETSCH drums and/or SABIAN cymbals. Beside SONS OF SEASONS he played / plays with the british metal band BLAZE, alternative rock with CHANNEL #4, jazz with MARS ATTACKS, Funk and R'n'B with SYDNEY YOUNGBLOOD and many more...
